We were introduced to ReSurface 3D Studio during the remodel of a 150 year old estate in Glenview Kentucky. The amount of time a project takes to complete varies on the size, detail, and customization of a design. We do our best to send your renderings back to you within 10 business days of your document submission and will let you know early on if we think a project will take us more than that amount of time. Edits will also add time to the project completion (estimate typically 2 business days per edit round). If you have any specific questions about completion timeframes or if you need a rush order, please contact us directly.
Yes! Videos are available to add on to any order. We also have add-on options for Night Renderings, Customized Furniture, and more.
Once a Rendering Package is purchased, you will receive an email with a form where you will submit a scaled landscape plan (with scale and North arrow notated on the plan) and existing site photos; choose hardscape materials, hardscape patterns, wood materials, metal materials, and furniture options; and submit any additional details, drawings, and notes that will help our 3D Designers create an accurate model of your project. The more information that we have about your project, the more accurate the 3D model will be.
The main difference between a Basic Package and a Detailed Package is how detailed the 3D model will be. In Basic Packages, any existing structures will be shown as white models with no details except door/window locations;  the background will not be filled with trees and/or structures; and you can choose furniture from our Basic selection of furniture. In Detailed Packages, buildings will be realistically rendered with full details; trees and/or structures will be placed in the backgrounds of renderings; and you can choose furniture from our Complete selection of furniture. Both model packages can choose materials from our Complete Selection of materials. Additional details can be added on for an additional purchase (night renderings, custom furniture, etc.). Lastly, the main difference between the packages is the time it takes to complete the 3D Model and receive your renderings.
There are three style options for your renderings: realistic, sketch, and watercolor. There are also options for night renderings for an additional purchase.

We offer our customers a satisfaction guarantee to ensure that we are helping represent your vision accurately. We will work with you to make the 3D Model accurately represent your work by offering two free rounds of edits.

Two free rounds of edits include simple changes only -- material changes, moving plants/furniture, simple structure edits (e.g. the shape of a pergola overhang or adding coping to a retaining wall). 

Edits that involve complete changes of design elements (e.g. changing a hardscape shape or adding a retaining wall) are not covered in the Satisfaction Guarantee. Edits to design elements will be charged by the hour.
