We hold ourselves to a high level of detail and commitment when making renderings as if we were making the renderings for our own business. As designers, we understand that we may not always get it right the first time but that revisions and iterations make the project perfect.
That being said, we think it is important to offer our customers a satisfaction guarantee to ensure that we are helping represent your vision accurately. We will work with you to make the 3D Model accurately represent your work by offering two free rounds of edits.
Two free rounds of edits include simple changes only -- material changes, moving plants/furniture, simple structure edits (e.g. the shape of a pergola overhang or adding coping to a retaining wall).
Edits that involve complete changes of design elements (e.g. changing a hardscape shape or adding a retaining wall) are not covered in the Satisfaction Guarantee. Edits to design elements will be charged by the hour.
